my random life

i thought you should know a few things about my life recently, so here goes...

-i literally almost hit another deer yesterday. it was really close, the deer just charged at my car, luckily, the deer wasn't good at physics, and my braking skills are amazing and i narrowly missed bambi. (that would have been 3 deer in 18 months if you're counting...)

-i got some really pretty flowers for valentines day. sadly, the lighting in my house is pretty poor, so i'm still trying to get some good pictures. here's what i have so far:

-i had three weekends off in a row, so now i'm not so sure how to go back to my crazy schedule of random days off during the week.

-i got two wedding invitations in the mail this week. i have weddings in march, april, may, and june, in colorado, texas, and michigan. it'll keep me busy but it's fun!

-i am really enjoying listening to 'stuck on you' by lionel richie. a blast from the past.

-oh! i almost forgot - i got a new bed :) it looks a lot like my old bed, but the difference is I OWN THIS ONE! and, it doesn't have a sink hole in the middle of it!

jen, marlise, and i helped out at the habitat house in schulenberg two weekends ago. the guys were inside doing sheetrock and other "manly" things, so they sent us outside to paint. i've got no problems with painting, i actually enjoy it (and that's where i learned how to caulk) but it was just funny that they made the girls paint. we had a lot of fun and even made it on the habitat website!
