first bit of new furniture!

i forgot to tell most of you that i ordered furniture - a sofa, coffee table, two end tables and the most amazing rocking chair i've ever seen in my life. the sofa and hopefully the tables will be coming on monday, but the rocking chair is not coming until april something. i will post pictures when i get the furniture.

but i also forgot to tell most of you that i found the perfect bench on target.com the other day, and promptly ordered it because i had been looking for one for about 5 months now. so here it is!

it still has plastic on it right now, but i'm pretty sure that's not supposed to stay on there. milisa told me to leave it on there until my kids are fully grown...which i think is a bit long to wait.

that's it for now :) oh, i still don't have my texas license because the computer crashed when i went 3 weeks ago, so i had to go back today (because it is only open on wednesdays, silly small town) and as i walked out, they said "hopefully you'll have your license in 3 weeks"....hopefully? yeah, i sure hope so. good thing i don't get carded for anything anymore.
