camp is over!

Summer camp is over.  That's my third summer at LH and my 8th summer working at camp.  I'm not really sure what it's like to have a "normal" summer anymore.  What is normal anyways...

I celebrated the end of the summer by leaving camp as soon as possible!  Here are a few pictures shot with my point and shoot.  It was so hot outside that my camera fogged up when I stepped outside, and I didn't realize it until after I took the pictures.  That's my excuse for the poor quality...believe me or not, it's your choice.
This is Chris' compost bin.  If you don't compost, you should.  It's awesome.

Chris' newest editions to his back yard.
Chris' garden.  Remember when we first planted it?  Check it out HERE.
This is Chris' hammock that I got him for his bday.  Too bad it's 104 degrees outside with a heat index of 110....too hot for laying around outside!
We switched some of the light switches.  The switch was tan and the plate was white.  They look much better now!
We made dinner.  Chris made steak and I made pasta salad, both with fresh herbs from his garden - yum!

All in all, a great "stay-cation" I guess you could say.  Now back to work tomorrow, although working from 9 to 5 seems like a vacation in itself!
